How does the inquiry work?
You first send a non-binding inquiry. We personally check availability and then confirm the booking by message.
How do I pay for the booking?
Payment is only made after personal confirmation. You will then receive the final price and payment details for PayPal or bank transfer.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 6 business days after receiving our personal confirmation email.
How is the price calculated?
The daily rate is shown in the calendar. 1–2 guests pay the same nightly rate; the 3rd guest adds 10 € per night. Cleaning is charged once at 24 €.
Is the inquiry binding?
No. The inquiry is non-binding. The period only becomes binding after personal confirmation.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service via a key box. You receive the address and key box code 2 days before arrival.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
When do I receive the exact address?
The map shows the approximate location. We send the full address and arrival details 2 days before arrival.
What is included?
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning/heating and the most important kitchen basics are provided.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Yes, the apartment is child-friendly. A baby cot is available on request.
Can I work remotely?
Wi-Fi and a small workspace are available. The apartment is well suited for travel planning and occasional work.
Is parking available?
Free street parking is possible nearby. A private parking space is not part of the booking.
How far is it to the sea?
By car it is about 6 minutes to the sea. The apartment is quietly located in Soverato Superiore on a hill. For a beach holiday, we recommend having a car.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please briefly mention in your inquiry which pet is travelling with you.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Outside, smoking is possible with respect for neighbours and the accommodation.
Are private gatherings allowed?
Small private gatherings are possible. Large parties and loud events are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel flexibly up to 5 days before arrival. For later changes, please contact us directly; we will then look together for a fair solution.
Will I receive local recommendations?
Yes. In the apartment you will find a booklet with personal recommendations for beaches, restaurants, excursions and practical orientation.
Which languages can I write in?
We speak German, Italian and English. The other website languages are provided for orientation.
