1. Default setting
No non-essential tracking technology or external content is activated on the first visit. Closing or rejecting the banner leaves only technically necessary functions active. Consent requires a positive action by the user.
2. Technically necessary storage
The privacy choice is stored in the browser’s local storage so that acceptance or rejection of external content can be respected. This storage is not used for profiling or advertising. It remains until the settings are changed or the website data is deleted in the browser.
3. Google Maps
The embedded map is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Before consent, only a local placeholder is shown. After activation, the IP address, browser data, visited page and technical information may be transferred to Google. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms and notices.
4. Common Ninja
The reviews display module is provided by Common Ninja Ltd. and is blocked initially. After consent, the IP address, browser data, visited page and other technical information may be transferred, and the provider may use its own storage technologies. Common Ninja states that it is headquartered in Israel.
5. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after separate consent to the Analytics category. Before the choice, Consent Mode sets analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to “denied”, and the Google tag is not downloaded. After consent, only analytics_storage changes to “granted”; advertising, Google Signals and personalisation remain disabled. First-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* may be set. The property is configured with a 2-month retention period for user-level and event-level data.
6. Managing and withdrawing consent
The choice can be changed at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal prevents new loading of Google Maps and Common Ninja, stops Analytics collection and attempts to delete first-party Analytics cookies. Cookies already stored by third-party providers can be deleted through the browser settings.
